The customer information contained in the Register is used to maintain and develop customer relationships and to provide service. Other personal information included in the Register is used for job search and candidate activities.
The Register maintains customer contact information, as well as name and address information that are essential for order processing and delivery, customer service and marketing.
Job-related content is used only for recruitment and is stored in the registry for 6 months from the date of entry.
Customers’ contact information. The contact and customer information of the Registry is obtained with the consent of the Customer at the time when the Customer relationship is obtained and during the Customer’s contacts with the Registrar.
A Customer relationship is generated when a Customer sends an offer, orders products, or provides other contact information (response to a marketing campaign, competition or voting response or similar) to the Registrar by telephone, return card, internet, email, text message or other similar means.
The name, address and telephone numbers of the Customer or Customer representative can be updated from the telephone company registers and from the Customer’s own website. Data can also be collected and updated from the Trade Register and other similar public and private registers.
Information will not be disclosed to third parties. Information may be disclosed to authorities or similar in the event of misuse or criminal proceedings.
Information systems for the Register are protected by passwords and other technical means. The right to access information is limited to those persons who have the right to process personal data on their behalf.
The Registered has the right to inspect his personal information and claim for incorrect information correction. The Registered also has the right to prohibit the use of his or her data for direct marketing or other purposes and to otherwise rely on his or her rights protected by the EU Privacy Regulation by sending a review request to the Registrar.
